RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

1. Legal Period

In accordance with French and European consumer law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

• unworn

• unwashed

• in their original condition

• with all tags intact

• with the hygiene protection not removed

Any item not meeting these conditions may be refused.

3. Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are not reimbursed, unless legally required.

4. Refund

Once the items are received and checked, the refund is made to the original payment method.

The refund period can be up to 14 days after receipt or proof of dispatch of the return.
