The products offered for sale are those presented on the Site, subject to stock availability.

The photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.

Prices are indicated in euros (€).

Blue Chilli is not subject to VAT (article 293 B of the CGI), so VAT is not applicable.

Prices may be modified at any time. The invoiced price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

Delivery costs and any customs fees are indicated before order validation.

The order is considered final after:

Blue Chilli reserves the right to refuse an order in case of suspected fraud, stock error, or payment issue.

Payments are secured and processed by third-party providers such as Shopify Payments and Stripe.

Banking data is never stored by Blue Chilli.

Transactions are protected by SSL encryption and security protocols compliant with banking standards.

Deliveries are made via La Poste / Colissimo or equivalent carriers.

Delivery zones: France, European Union, and international.

Deadlines are given for information only.

Blue Chilli cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers, customs, or events beyond its control.

Delivery fees are displayed at the time of payment.

Risks are transferred to the customer upon handover of the package to the carrier.

Products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects in accordance with current legal provisions.

Blue Chilli's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Blue Chilli cannot be held responsible for indirect damages.

These GTC are subject to French law.
